The service staff and front lobby staff were very friendly and informative. I could always find someone to help me, when help was needed. The culture of Customer Service was excellence in its finest. Everyone truly acted as if our experience was there top concern. The environment was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Hospitality: I was acknowledged upon coming in to the lobby. I was told if I needed any help to let anyone know and they would be happy to serve me. Hotel Quality: This hotel surpasses many of it's kind. With a classic design, escalators, genuine furniture, and servants, I enjoyed my stay. Cleanliness: Floors were spotless, waxed, and mopped, and swept clean. I could smell the clean scent in the air. The restroom was spotless and smelled fresh. My only complaint is that the main escalator was broken. Besides that I highly recommend staying.

The food in the main restaurant in near the lobby was excellent. All staff members of the hotel were very nice and helpful. Fitness center was one of the nicest I have seen in a hotel. Hot tub and pool were clean, hot tub could have been a little warmer. Bed was a little more firm than I like and pillows were a little too soft, but I didn't complain, I still slept well. Overall this was a very nice place and would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel great location, low water pressure in the shower. And a bit too pricey for parking for this country boy. LOL But satisfied. I just need better parking options

What's not to like! ... This was my first Atlanta Dream game. The ladies lost but it was awesome watching the game. Really comfy stadium seats. Good snacks before the game ... All you can eat with very nice service.
